Do not deal with this company. I was called by a man named Robin Wilson he caught me at a horrible time in my life as I had recently lost my 25 year old daughter 2.5 weeks after she had a healthy baby boy. He explained that he could lower my interest rates on my credit cards. I told him I was in no way able to make any financial nor personal decisions due to my recent loss. He didn't stop, he didn't care he kept going on and on and on. I got ahold of Gary who is I suppose a Supervisor and I say that with anger in my voice. He told me he needed a letter stating I wanted to OPT out, which I did and sent it to him at PDM 2132 L Don Dodson Suite #100 Bedford Texas. I did that in March 2009 3 months after Robin Wilson called. The letter was to state that I knew the company kept 199.00 and I would get a refund of 291.00 to my 2 Credit Cards. When that didn't happen on July 24 2009 I spoke to Tracy a supervisor and she seemed kind and seemed as if she was going to make it right. I received a 41.00 credit and then in August this company charged my Credit Card another 240.00 dollars. You call and get an answering service, if you press 8 you get a directory of people to call. I have tried 4 times today to contact Tracy and she has still not returned my call and my guess is she never will. My credit Card company put it into dispute and so at this point I am not out the money as they may think I am. I am telling you from experience that this company is Fraudulent. If they call you hang up the phone. Do not listen to them nor their persistence. I have never felt so ripped off in my entire life and they took advantage of a grief stricken Mother and they don't care. Please again I implore you do not deal with PDM nor Priority Direct Marketing. Thank you

Tracy did indeed call me back and I apologized for calling so many times. She made a full refund to my Credit Card Company. So if anyone out there has a problem, with PDM, I'd suggest you speak to Tracy. She truly does care and I was quite HAPPY to hear her voice as I had thought we had a good relationship throughout this mess. She is a TRUE Lady and DOES care about people. She also has a great sense of humour!
