Tracy did indeed call me back and I apologized for calling so many times. She made a full refund to my Credit Card Company. So if anyone out there has a problem, with PDM, I'd suggest you speak to Tracy. She truly does care and I was quite HAPPY to hear her voice as I had thought we had a good relationship throughout this mess. She is a TRUE Lady and DOES care about people. She also has a great sense of humour!
