     We rented a 27 ft truck from El Paso going to Leesville, LA at the office in El Paso they did not want to be bothered with anything so they just signed off and handed us the paperwork, needless to say the truck was dirty, windshield wipers did not work and we were told we had to replace them and just bring back the receipt, back of the truck had to be cleaned out before we could load anything it was filled with so much dirt, along with other issues.  

     We finally got the truck loaded and got about 1/3 of the way and it started raining it rained pretty much rest of the way to LA. When we finally got to Ft Polk/Leesville LA and unloaded the truck a lot of our items were soaked and damaged due to there were holes in the top of the truck so when it was raining all that rain went into the truck and all over our stuff. Therefore a lot of our items were damaged such as a new LCD 55" TV, 3 book shelves, an imported keepsake hand carved chest, 3 I-Pod's and the docking station, TV stand, 2 dressers, etc.... I have been trying to get them to do something with this for over 2 years but they just keep giving me the run around saying they pass it on to someone else and now they want to tell me since it's been over a yr they have to close it. I am like that's BS due to I have been calling, e-mailing, and everything else and getting nothing in return. I'm not asking for much just that they repair my items or replace the ones they can't.  Why is there insurance for crying out loud, I made my claim but they failed to move so they now want to punish me because I did not file it in a court of law, saying I should of known that. How are we suppose to know these things, seriously we are not lawyers so how do they expect us to know these things. it's all a game it seems and it's just another way for them to screw the customer over, not that we don't already give them a butt load of money to start with.
