BPM COMPLAINT 

I am filing a complaint against  BlackPeopleMeet.com, a ‘personals’  website. I have been on the site for several months, so I am familiar with how the site works, as far as, being viewed by different women and meeting them on a daily basis.  

On August 10th 2015, I was on the BlackPeopleMeet.com website, checking my profile and I noticed that I had not received any views from any women on the site, for at least a couple of days, at that time. This was odd and unusual because I normally get hundreds of views in any given week.  I figured, perhaps it was a technical issue on the site and it would be corrected soon. Each time I logged on, I was constantly bombarded with notices to renew my membership, and maybe that was why I had not received any views, so I renewed my membership for another three months.

Later, I checked to see if anything changed, and nothing had. I then logged on anonymously (as a female) to see what the women could see from their end. When I searched for my profile, which is “MrHol69” , I received a message that read “No Results and No Match Found”.  This wasn’t the first time I had done this and before when I did it, I saw my profile in the results. This is how I know, for a fact, that my profile is and has been blocked for about a week now, even after I paid them for another three months of membership.

They took my money on August 12 2015. Today is August 18th 2015 and my profile is still being blocked by the staff at BlackPeopleMeet.com. In addition to this, they have also blocked my access to my account. When I attempt to check it, I repeatedly get a message that reads: “Currently unavailable… Try again later.”

This has been going on for a week. If they don’t want me on the site any longer, then they should return the money they just took from me for the three months additional membership. This is clearly a fraudulent act on their part and I was ripped off !  There is no contact link or phone number to contact anyone directly, and they have always ignored my reply emails . The customer service is terrible and pretty much non-existent.
