People Media Scam misleading subscription payments Internet
I signed up for blackpeoplemeet.com and singleparentmeet.com, all hosted by People Media. When i signed up I was not aware there was a automatic renewal that I agreed to in the agreement and they did not say they would be charging a renewal fee immediately upon signing up.
It said promotional offer of $10 for 3 mths but did not say it would charge $69.93 for 6 mths. When i entered my credit card info., i only saw $10. i am not crazy! But they get you in the fine print. It is not worth it! BE CAREFUL! I would not recommend these dating sites to anyone...not even if they're desperate.
