I bought their services a few years ago when I bought my car, nowhere on the contract or when I paid for their services did they explain the terms of their services even when I had my original conversation with them over the phone where they confrimed that I had paid for their servies. So when I finally got a crack in my windshield I made a claim they informed me ofter that it had to be within 14 days even though that was never conveyed to me upon purchase. So I dealt with the crack. Then of course I got hit by a hail storm that made the already large crack even larger, made another claim they refused because they wont cover weather damage which is another thing they never tell you and isnt in their contract. Was annoyed at that point but let it go and dealt with it again. Then a rock hit my windshield again and the crack grew even more made a claim and they still wont honnor the fact that I submitted it within 14 days and a rock hit my windshield becasue of the previous claims I made that they denied, stating it contradicts the claims. When I explained how it didn't contradict they said I would have to accept the denial and write a letter to oen of their supervisors for them to see if they can make an accaption but that it would most likely deny still. Overall a waste of your time and money.
