I had oriiginally ordered the PERFECT SLEEP MATREES and cancelled since they were unable to deliver the mattress in a timely fashion, I cancelled the order prior to deliver and the company stated that they would charge me a 25% restocking fee plus delivery charge.
I have contacted both CHASE and disputed the charge. CHASE then recharged me for an item never received. I am also disattified with CHASE which will be filed seperately.
I have corresponded iwth Personal Comfort asking for reinbursement. I am told either the manager is not in, or the manager will be in later with no follow- up phone call.
The company then asked me to prove that the Items were re-charged which I sent them a photo shot of my charge from CHASE.
I asked them if they have a record of the charge and they could not give me a response.
I can not understand how I am charged for items that were never delivered. I was then told I must wait for my credit since the mattress is in transit to waehouse.
I just want to re-embursed my $24049.00
