Peter Clark is one of the most dishonest realtors I've ever come across. He represented the sellers for a home I attempted to purchase. Unbelievably, he did not communicate with my realtor for 10 days after the offer was made on the property. Only when presented with a termination did he respond to email or phone calls.
Reluctantly, we continued a review of the property including several bids to repair significant issues. When the property was identified as having significant ($30k) foundation issues, he became rather belligerent and was not at all helpful in coming to resolution.
To make matters worse, after this property was re-listed, he failed to complete my termination paperwork in a timely manner as some form of petty revenge.
I would steer clear of this agent.

I was the buyers agent in this transaction. In the purchase of any home frustrations can occur on either side, or both. This was a complicated transaction. I do not feel Peter Clark (listing agent) was dishonest or unethical in any way.
