Robert Russell, Phoenix Capital Investment Group, Cal Jacobsen, Ricardo Delgado, Robert Driscoll And Kelly Jones WE ARE CLOSE TO NAILING THESE GUYS!!! FRAUDS!! They gather your business information for a reason!!! Santa Monica, California, Santa Monica /Palmdale California
Robert Russell is an older individual. He is associated with several other companies and is not registered to act as an investor in the State of California or any other state. He has told us the money for investment was tied up in precious metals and at one point, in a recorded conversation told us the money was tied up with homeland security... They will tell you there is $2 billion dollars and they will tell you the Kelly Jones guy has money.
Kelly Jones has a company called Crosslink Mineral and it is registered in Utah to a home across from a school. The homes in the area are worth between $250k and $300k.
Robert Driscoll has a mixed reputation in California and has been in real estate services for many years. He has been in trouble with the law MANY times and likes to think he has the system beat when it comes to this type of white collar crime.
Ricardo Delgado is A FRAUD!!! He has a company called Global Development Group, LLC and another one called Global Investments Group, LLC. Only problem is he is a group of one and has took on the responsibility of bilking investment doc's out of new emerging companies hands. Ricardo lives in Centennial Colorado and he has three children. He lives off of Arapahoe Road and is tied into a group doing business in Montana, Idaho, Illinios, California, and others. He is fluent in Spanish and other south american languages. Ricardo is a smooth talker and says he was a rising executive for KN Energy. This is not even remotely correct. Also Ricardo used to own a mortgage company and it is unclear what caused its closure.
Cal Jacobson is a guy who seemed to be ligitimate until the posibility of making money off of stealing intellectual property came to light. He not only stole from those he didnt know but ripped off those he did know. What a dirtbag. Cal operates out of Montana and last known address is in Kalispell but he has since relocated. An aquintance of Cal's who is an insurance agent in Montana says that Cal is a crook and the area has been swarming with people looking for and calling for Mr. Jacobson.
They now have a new company they are using to bilk clients and they are holding themselves out as reputable and honest business men.
Phoenix Capital Investment Group is a front for illegal and unethical business practices. Since the last email I left I have 4 other people/companies that have great information and have also been adversely affected. They are dealing in Mexico and have done a good job of creating a open maze. No one knows for sure how many others are involved or how big it is until we get more information. We are close...

J's false accusations I just found out about this site. I guess anyone can say anything they want here without any proof or any kind of repercussions. For the record: Antelope Valley Financial Service, inc. and Phoenix Capital Investment Group, LLC never have, and never will take up front money for any projects that we are working on acquiring financing for. I would challenge Joe to come up with proof that we did. Joe has stated that we even chose our name to try and sound like another company out of Arizona. How funny. We chose the name because Bob Russell was diagnosed with terminal pancreatic cancer 5 years ago, and came back from the brink. Just like the bird of legend, the Phoenix. We told him we would look for funding for his project, that was all. We never even had an exclusive with Joe Oltman. He could have looked anywhere for the funding. We spent countless hours putting his project together without receiving or asking for any money. That is what we do. When the project gets funded, not until then, we get paid. It has almost been a year since he accused us of Economic Espionage, Fraud, and Civil Theft. Yet no lawyers or government officials have knocked on our door or even called us to present charges. He states that he has proof that we have defrauded him. Let him present his in court, not here where he sounds like a adolescent child. He should take his proof to an attorney first though, and have them look at the whole contract. He obviously doesn't know how to read a contract. Maybe he has and that is why we haven't heard anything else about this, because there is nothing there. We originally gave him a contract because he needed something to show to his principles so he wouldn't loose his project, or so he said. We later found out that he was the one committing fraud. He used our contract, minus the addendum which clearly states if we retain an investor for his project he will be funded, to try and acquire loans from banks. We received numerous calls from banks about this funded project". This is why he is so upset, we could not ethically tell the bank that yes, he was funded" so he received no monies from the banks. Once again, we stated in the contract that we would fund his project, if and when" we found an investor that was willing to take the enormous risk his project represented. He tends to leave out that portion of the contract when it suits him. Also, Joe is a very dangerous individual. We have heard that he is bipolar and sometimes forgets to take his medicine. When our investor, Kelly Jones, started to check out the project he decided not to fund it and put his money elsewhere Joe called our office and my cell phone 7 times. I have transferred these calls to a cassette. He threatened not only Bob Russell and I, but also our families. At one point he told us that he hopes we love our families, and to kiss them goodbye" because he is going to come out to California for a visit". I have this on recording and have filed a report with the Los Angeles County Sheriffs Department. I am sorry that Joe doesn't understand how to read a contract and could offer up any help he would require in understanding the intricacies of one. However, accusing us of these violations or crimes on this site is unwarranted. Robert
