Pinkerton Model and Talent Lynn Pinkerton, Lynn Venturella Ripped off an 11 year-old! Owes hundreds of dollars from a job done in August 2012. Made lots of promises to pay and a few small actual payments, but still owes $852 dollars! Beverly Hills California
My son worked on a commercial in August 2012; he was 11 years-old at that time. Pinkerton cashed the check from the company in September 2012. After numerous e-mails, phone calls, and face-to-face visits, he received two partial payments in August 2013 and November 2013. Since then, he has not received any money and is still owed $852.59.
Lynn Pinkerton personally promised him to his face that she had a moral obligation to pay him. Lynn sometimes replied to e-mails, most recently in October 2014, asking us to sign up for Chase direct pay and stating that she would get the money to him as soon as we got that set-up. However, we never heard from her again. Now, the phone numbers for Pinkerton are no longer in service. She strung us along and we are done being patient.
I have copies of every e-mail, notations on almost every phone call, and copies of every contract and check. She needs to be held accountable for stealing money from children!
