Well, Being that I have towed In San Diego County for 15 years. In the amount of time you spent with your "Pedro" man. You options were more open than with you delt with. First off, I would have called CHP, They are very strict with towing companies. Secondly, I would have called AAA and reported the driver, Damage, Condition of the truck, and Safety issues. AAA is also very strict on there towing companys. Third, You should have called AAA and asked for another towing company, by doing this you can also ask for a scheduled pick up time, and that you could not be there for pick up and that you had to be somewhere. 9 times out of ten, it is not a big deal, depending on the call taker at AAA. Weigh your options out when dealing with towing companies. AAA should support the damage and charge the towing company for the damage. Wish I was your operator at the time. I never worked for Perecision Towing, but, I do know they have drug problems there from what I have heard from pervious drivers and customers. hope you the best for the future Frank San Diego

An "affiliate" is anyone that will take the low pay that is offered, and therefore cannot keep his truck up to standards. It's tough to do a hundred-dollar job for twenty dollars.
