Which the Maker of the wheelchair, Claims they Do Not Make back Preferred Homecare Tried to Bill me for the Arms, the Seat, and a Special Control Arm I didn't Order. My Insurance Co. Agrees, and Denies the Claim. Preferred Homecare Still Bills me, insists I have to pay for a Wheelchair that was Wrong. I want Preferred Homecare to give Me and my Medicare Provider our Money back.
