The United States Postal Inspection Service in Fort "Worth Texas has

reported to the BBB "A federal search warrant was executed on Dec. 13, 2004 at the office of Bill It Direct. Bill It Direct was doing the mailing of invoices and receiving of mail for Premier Premium Communications, One Web Direct and National One Telecom. The owner of Bill It Direct signed an agreement containing a Cease and Desist Order to stop mailing the invoices and allow all ail addressed to the above three names and received after Dec. 13, 2004 be returned to sender."

The USPIS has also informed the BBB "all mail received after December 13, 2004 will be returned to sender with a sticker on the front advising "Returned to Sender due to violation of Postal False Representation Law.""

Correcting bogus billing

I also was billed, twice, for bogus charges to the U.K. from Premier Premium Communications. My phone service provider charged me as well. I contacted my phone provider and explained the situation. The charges on my local phone bill were reversed back to Tellis, and no payment was made to Premier Premium. Have not heard anything else on the matter. I also completed the on-line complaint forms for different agencies I found on this site. DO NOT pay these people anything! Thanks, everyone, for the great information located within these pages.
