I was contacted by phone and given the story that because banks were not lending money to help out the small business man that a previous president passed a law that allowed the banks to sell these applications to a private lender.
They were the lending company that would review all the applicants and my money would help finance this.
They also said that because of the new chip on our credit cards that all business's would have to get new credit card machines and by doing so through them they would collest payments and interest on their loan. I would get a percentage of their monthly fees and also a percentage of the interest on their loan which they paid back on a monthly basis.
They said if I paid them $15,000 that I would double my money and would absolutely want to invest more.
I signed an agreement with them and sent a cashiers check on 12-16-2014. I was given 330 potential customers that they would sell to.
I have never been paid a penney and after talking to someone at the company they got mad at me and said Well, it was just a bad batch.
I am pretty sure that they scamed me. I'm 75 years old and lost a nice chunk of my retirement mooney.
Can you help me?

Premier Choice LLC has come through for me.
Once they saw the Ripoffreport they called me and we agreed on a settlement.
They said that this is the first time any of their clients have never made any money investing in their company.
I'm satisfied with the way they handled it.
