I purchased two tumbler cups on 4/22/17 in two separate transactions. I got confirmation emails for both. I received emails on 5/1/17 saying my orders had been shipped. It says it can take 3-8 weeks to arrive, if you do not receive it in 10 weeks, just reply and they'll refund the money. It was signed by someone named "Kirsten". It's been over 3 MONTHS and I still haven't received my orders, their website is gone. I emailed twice in August and got no response.
