PRG SYSTEMS FRAUD WITH LOAN MODIFICATIONS CON ARTISTS WILL ONLY TAKE YOUR MONEY Chula Vista , California
This company claims to help people out when they fall behind on their mortgage payment. They claim to help you out by saying they will negotiate a short pay off of you home and that they will buy from your finance company for thousands of dollars and that you will be able to keep your home owe much less on the principal balance and have a way lower monthly payment but first you have to pay them $1,500.00 and they tell you stop paying your monthly mortgage payment, saying that the process will only take a few months and claiming that your credit rating will not be affected because they will be in negotiating. IT IS THE BIGGEST FRAUD EVER THEY DON'T DO ABSOLUTELY NOTHING BUT DAMAGE YOUR CREDIT AND TAKE YOUR MONEY!!!
I started the process in May of 2009. It is now December and they did nothing I fell behind 8 months on my mortgage, they just told call your mortgage company and ask for a loan modification. I spoke more with my finance company than they ever did, I tried a loan modification but was not approved. I made lots and lots of calls and emails to prg system and they never answered my calls or emails and when they did answer or enter updates in their website www.prgsystem.com it was all a bunch of lies they have the worst customer service I have ever in my life seen they dont even know what they are doing. The negotiator from GMAC got so upset with their lies and going around in circles, he decided to just foreclose on my home. They ruined my credit and I am losing my home thanks to these scam artists and I made the mistake of falling into their trap. I just want people out there to know about these con artist and not do the same mistake I did. Thanks for your time.
