Pro-Tree Service Michael McClendon Took my money and lied Chattanooga Tennessee
Pro Tree Service was hired to remove 3 large trees on my property in Hixson. They came out, gave me a price and I paid them the upfront deposit ($1600) They claimed they would complete the project the following Thursday. 2 weeks passed and I havent heard anything from them. I tried calling serveral times and nobody answered. I finally got a hold of them by calling them from a different number. He was extreamly rude and said the $1600 was used to purchase good to feed homeless people and if I wanted to sue him, that wouldnt be very christian like. He called me several names and yelled at me over the phone. After that, I had one of my friends research him and the business on the internet. He found several records of where he has been in and out of jail and several bad reviews. He also found a Facebook page about some ministery he does call whatever it takes ministries. I can almost bet $100 that is a big ripoff too!
Please stay away from this joke of a "business" This guy is nothing but scum. He stole my money, lied, and cursed and screamed at me. I have never been through anything like this in my life and as a single mom, I was scared for my life.
Pro-Tree Service, what a joke. I am also in the process of filing a BBB Claim. Hopefully this business gets shut down soon.
Please do your research before hiring a tree company. After I had my friend look it up, he found another tree service that we hired and they were absolutly amazing!
Michael, I hope you see this. I am a very good Christian and for you to do this to me and use Gods name to benifit your finances, shame on you! I will keep you in my prayers

This claim of bad business by my company is a LIE and made from competitors who are unscrupulous in nature.
To discredit ones name or business to step higher up a ladder is a HORRIBLE WAY to conduct ones self.
We are listed on the BBB website with an A rating. When reporting on the BBB complaints a person MUST provide proof....unlike this site apparently.
