Was having a hard time paying my bill & was past due which can happen to allot of us. was sent a turn off notice for balance due ,that also stated  thier will be a fee charged to reconnect services. no problem thier ,problem occurs when fee for reconnect is charged but services were never disconnected . so the issue is i was charged a reconnect fee for services that were never turned off ,so i paid for reconnect of disconnect that never happened while also being charged for kilowatt delivered when service were supposed to be off. so i paid to be reconnected to a service i was never disconnect from while still being charged for service. somebody please how that is allowed.
