I am in the SAME boat as everyone else with Pro-Source. I've read through many of the complaints and It's aweful to see other people with the same exact problem. I returned an item that was not working properly (back in oct) and they assured me they would exchange it. Well, surprise, surprise NOTHING yet. We have called and emailed so many times - and of course now you can't even leave a message. They have told us so many lies that they literally cannot keep track of their own lies. I really feel like they have left town with all our money. Just wondering what other folks are doing about it. Is there anything that we CAN do? I was going to send another letter to them..but I'm sure it will be ignored like all my other contacts. Can BBB do anything or is this a hard lessoned learned?
