I ordered a copy of Ultimate swap and a flip-top for my fat ps2 on September 18, 2007. The official date on the e-mailed reciept is : Date : 18 Sep 2007 - 13:29. Six days after this, September 24, 2007, there was still no charge on my credit card, so I contacted them through the contact box on their site asking if the order was ever shipped and if so when. I never recieved a response, but the very next day September 25, 2007 I noticed a charge for $45.35 was made to my credit card. The charge was not made by ps2cover.com or CONSOLEFEAVER like they said it would, but I thought whatever as long as they ship it finally. They state on their website basic shipping which is $12.95 Express Air mail will take 5-15 days and that they usually ship item within 24 hours of billing. So I started waiting.

On October 15, 2007 twenty days later I have still not recieved my order. So I contacted them again through their contact box and explained the situation. I waited over 48 hours and never recieved a response. If you send them a message through this box it says you will get a response within 12-24 hours. So I sent them another one yesterday, it has been 20 hours now, still no response. I am about to send them another one in a few minutes.

If you google ps2cover after the first two or three entries the rest of the page is filled with entries from people about how bad their service is. I wish I would have seen this before I ordered. The only reason I went to them is the place I normally go is gone now and they were one of only two sites I saw that carried the Ultimate Swap.

My suggestion would be to never deal with this site ever!!!

I will edit or repost if I ever recieve my order or get some more news!

It is now October 25, 2007, 5 weeks since I originally orderded. I was looking into this site again on google and found an e-mail that you can actually contact them at. [email protected] . I sent an e-mail to this address and recieved a response within an hour. Here is what it said. I am very sorry that you did not receive a response. In the last 3 weeks we have experienced severe problems with out hosting server, from which we have now switched to a new server. Unfortunately, the email that was on that server, remains there to this day. We are working hard to retrieve that email, but as of yet have been unsuccessful. I will immediately check into your order for you and give you the exact shipment date in my following email. I would however assume that based on when you ordered, the order has long ago shipped out to you. Please bear with me while I try to resolve this for you! Steve This just happened so I have not recieved another e-mail yet. I will repost when something happens!
