We are two people.
We use our vacation/ weekendhouse only on weekends.
When we are not here, the AC is left at a temperature that it prevents the heat/ humidity from damaging the home,
however, NOT much because it is a waste of too much money / energy.
In fact, it is not " comfortably cool" when we first enter the house on weekends. We are very careful in not wasting energy/ electricity. We never, ever leave lights on , if we are not in the room. Again, we are only 2 people.
When garden outside, walk, leave for a restaurant for 1 to 2 hrs , the AC is usually turned off, if it's not scorching outside.
We filled our application & this " Public Power Energy Supplier" sent us an email saying our enrollment was " refused".
NEVER said why in email. I had to call THEM to tell me why.
Horrible lack of courteous communication.
We would NEVER recommend this company. EVER.
NEW people trying to enroll: call them before you waste your time online enrolling. Maybe if you are lucky they will tell you over the phone ( right then & there) & before you waste your time enrolling online, that they " refuse" to accept you as a customer.
By the way : We pride ourselves in paying our bills way before they are due.
