Publicity Guaranteed Con artist. Nothing more. Simple con artist. Stay as far away from these guys as possible They Have Offices In NYC, Virigina, And Florida.New York
I signed a contract with "Publicity Guaranteed" a supposed PR firm at 350 Fifth Ave, Suite 731, NY, NY 10013 to provide public relations services. I paid them to write an article to promote a new service my company was launching. Then there were supposed to place the article in reputable magazines and news sources and I was to pay based upon performance.
It turns out they place these "articles" in magazines they own or are very closely associated with and bill an exorbitant amount. Further, the contract I signed clearly provided for a cancellation provision, which I exercised months ago. Publicity Guaranteed continues to "place" the "article" in these closely held magazines and bill for it. Clearly, they are con artists that are using the word "guaranteed" in their name to attract business. My company has received absolutely zero benefit out of these "articles" and they continue to provide services that are unwanted and unapproved.
Do not sign a contract with these guys. Do not contact them. If you have been ripped off by them contact me, I am attorney and will help you.
