Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I did my homework and researched the company and found no reports/ complaints. So I figured ok, maybe they are legit. I was wrong. Here's my story. Sent in the application and all the docs. My credit is fair over 600 and 580 was needed to qualify. A few days later I get an approval for $25k. Then it was either send in a bunch of other info and wait up to five business days or pay a closing fee and get funded within a few hours. At first I refused to pay the fee. ( I said I would only pay via bank card, no Western Union or Money Gram ) Well after sleeping on it overnight and looking at the paperwork. Everything for the most part was spot on. Forms for this, docs for this. Payment breakdown, ach debit notices, etc..... They make it look pretty good. It looks like a legit loan. So I pay the $315.00 via money gram and called in with the MTCN and emailed it as well. I am then told I would be funded via wire transfer by 2pm EST. Will End of business day comes and nothing. I call and they don't pick up, send emails to the funding dept and nothing, emails to the finance dept and nothing. I really think it's all run by one person, if you ask to speak to someone else they are never in the office. Oh and the office. The office address on their website is for a HUGE office building. I asked for the suite number and was told they take up the whole office building, ( LOL yeah right ). There is also a Regus Virtual office, that's actually what I think they have. I asked multiple times for their lender license number and it was never ever mentioned as they kindly just skip right over it. Bottom line is don't even deal with them at all. Don't fall for their scam. Richard Lawson talks up a good game but it's all BS in the end. I wouldn't send in an application or even give them anything. I don't want someone to get taken advantage of. So I am filing a report. I will also file a report with the attorney general
