Performed some light commercial painting work for this company and have yet to be paid for the job after receiving excuses and excuses over many weeks. He was anxious and got paid in full from his client the first 2 weeks. He portrays himself as kind, understanding, knowledgeable, well-connected, and courteous person.
He likes explain that it takes so long to get paid, from him, because he has to run his money through a 'silent partner' and an investment account. He also doesn't like contractors that hold their hands out to get paid after the job is done. He would prefer to screw them over or maybe pay a small percentage of the bill. Beware as a contractor or consumer with this guy.

Have sent an invoice pertaining to work on 9/3, 9/20, 9/27, and also mailed a hard copy on 10/2. I have left a couple voice messages, text messages, and even offered to make time to meet at his bank for payment. I just hear excuses. I will not call again. I just want full and final payment.
