I ordered this DVD on July 23,2013. I have still not received this DVD. I caleed Raines Video in August,2013 and was told the DVD would be deliverd in 3 to 5 days. I called them again in September,2013 and was again told 3 to 5 days delivery. I sent a e-mail in October, 2013 and requested a full refund and have had no response. My check was cashed by Raines on July 29, 2013.

My company videotapes approximately 150-200 different high school reunions every year all around the country. I've been in business over 20 years. Normally, our DVDs get shipped in 2-4 weeks. However, there have been situations that has caused delays on shipments.
When you're deailing with shooting events, sometimes these delays can happen. Some of these were my fault and some were not in my control. However, if there is a delay, I always offer a full refund if the customer chooses not to wait.
My company has sold over 100,000 DVDs/videos over the past 20 years and I'm confident there is not one person that didn't either recieve their product or a refund if they ask for one.
I would appreciate you removing this review from your website as I am confident this customer received their DVD or a refund.
