On 8-18-2007 I received an email from BrandSurveyPanel email: [email protected],

13900 Jog Road Suite 203-251Delray Beach, FL 33446 EMAIL pointing at an online job: 'SIMPLE TYPING AND FORMS FILL. EASY GOOGLE PROFIT CAN TEACH YOU HOW TO MAKE $5000 AND MORE PER MONTH' (screen shot provided Copyright 2006-2007 Easy Google Profit - All Rights Reserved). No Terms and Conditions were visible.

The program offers a free CD or download for $1.95. After submitting the $1.95 order I discovered that I ordered unaware a hidden subscription to three networks with recurring monthly charges of:

$9.95 per month Network Agenda

$7.95 per month Grant Master

$29.95 per month Growing Rich With Google

you can't cancel the subscriptions online. A cancellation No (866) 396-5695 given by The Email Support Team Raven Media, inc. [email protected] is constantly busy. A pure example of misrepresentation and scam.

Tell 'ya what, "Ryan R.", I just received your spam come-on which you comment:" " I have also double checked our advertisement and do find that the Terms and Conditions are available for review on the sales page, Richard I am sorry that you missed them - it clearly states the following at the bottom of the ad - Submitting this form shows acceptance of the Privacy Policy / Terms and Conditions of this Web Site." . "Clearly states"? I beg to differ! Your web page displays a light grey background, and the aforementioned "Conditions disclaimer" is in tiny white font that sort of blends into the background. ""Sorry you missed them"? Yeah, right. The only way it can be read is to highlighht with a lt. click and drag to turn the invisible font dark blue so as to be fully legible. It is your OBVIOUS INTENT for viewers to miss this information. You, sir, are exposing your true ethics with such statements. . "Just $1.95 shipping and handling". Another 'yeah, right'. That foot in the door come-on captures a person's charge card information. Thanks to ROR we may read what the results of that event brings forth. . It would seem that your smooth explanation of easily accessing a refund is not borne out in actuality. Sounds as if "Richard" in TN was provided the usual nearly inaccessable hoops through which to jump. "Get rich schemes"......basically, 'ya seen one , 'ya seen 'em all!

You can then click the links to read the disclosures. The memberships are disclosed in the Terms and Conditions of the offer, as well as on the order page, the confirmation page and in the confirmation email that is sent after the order is completed. Richard, I am sorry that you feel this was a misrepresentation, but the information is disclosed fully to you and we are not running a scam, we've been in business for over 7 years providing helpful, resourceful educational tools to our customers and we stand behind all of our products 100%.
