"Clearly states"? I beg to differ! Your web page displays a light grey background, and the aforementioned "Conditions disclaimer" is in tiny white font that sort of blends into the background. ""Sorry you missed them"? Yeah, right. The only way it can be read is to highlighht with a lt. click and drag to turn the invisible font dark blue so as to be fully legible. It is your OBVIOUS INTENT for viewers to miss this information. You, sir, are exposing your true ethics with such statements. . "Just $1.95 shipping and handling". Another 'yeah, right'. That foot in the door come-on captures a person's charge card information. Thanks to ROR we may read what the results of that event brings forth. . It would seem that your smooth explanation of easily accessing a refund is not borne out in actuality. Sounds as if "Richard" in TN was provided the usual nearly inaccessable hoops through which to jump. "Get rich schemes"......basically, 'ya seen one , 'ya seen 'em all!

First off I would like to offer my apologies to Richard regarding the issue he experienced when trying to reach our customer service department. We did have a couple of days where we were experiencing difficulties with our phone systems, that issue has now been resolved and you should have no troubles reaching our customer service department. You can then click the links to read the disclosures. The memberships are disclosed in the Terms and Conditions of the offer, as well as on the order page, the confirmation page and in the confirmation email that is sent after the order is completed.
