I took my car to Raydon Auto the first time on 8-9-18. I had a leak above the front passenger door coming from the sunroof. Steve the owner told me that the hoses needed to be cleaned. I waited for him to the job. He charged me $80. He did not give me a receipt, and I paid him in cash. I have a witness to this who is a police officer.
Over the weekend when it rained, I noticed the sunroof was still leaking. I took the car back to him on 8-13-18. He said that the back hoses needed to be cleaned. So I waited and he did that. On my way home it was raining very hard and I noticed the sunroof was still leaking. I returned to Raydon and informed Steve of the problem. He said that the pan needed to be replaced.
He said I would have to leave the car. I left the car and picked it up that evening around 6:30-7:00 He said it would be $394.20 I asked about the $80 I had already paid him. He said that didn't count and that he was really tired of dealing we me and my car. I charged the $394.20 to my credit card. Two days later I noticed the leak was still there and I now have water in the back passenger door, which I didn't have before, and the water is leaking onto the back floor from the passenger door.
I also have mold frowing under the bac mat, and my windows are always foggy from the moisture and heat I went to see him about the problem, and he was very rude, and nasty. He yelled at me and I felt threatened. I asked for a refund so I could take my care to the dealer, he refused.. He then stated its the hoses again. He was very intimidating, and rude. I am afraid that if I left my car with him again he may do some other damage to my vehicle.
