RDJ Preservation Service(s) and/or RD Field Service(s) Richard, Rick Dean do the work but don't get paid Phoenix, Arizona
I have done over 25 forclosed homes. Cut grass, cleared weeds, removed trash. I was sent work orders for these jobs and was required to send photos of my work along with photos of the addresses and street signs. I did all this over the last 3 weeks and have NOT been paid. Not only that, but there is no reply from their toll free number. It appears that this company or person is getting paid by the mortgage companies for the work but is NOT paying the people that do the work. If you have been ripped off by this company and would like to join in a class action suit, please contact me. I believe you can do so through this website. I would also like to see this person go to jail under Federal criminal charges. If you can help, please do so!

We are probably the most recently scammed by RDJ aka Richard. We have been waiting on our check that was supposed to be here a week ago and obviously isnt coming. I have printed out all of our conversations and am ready to take legal action. We were told we were going to be getting around 40 or 45 dollars per house. We even traveled 2 hours out of our way to do 15-20 properties for this company. We have been doing this kind of work for different companies and have had no problems until now.
