Thank you for all who took the time to put warnings about this company. They almost got me. d**n I almost felt really dumb. Thanks for saving me some cash. It's sad that they prey on people like us who just need a little bit extra to get by or get caught up and try to take the little we do have. Shame on you.

I particularly like this statement at the bottome of the webpage:

NOTE: Due to overwhelming response we are unable to provide help in answering questions before your purchase. All of our customer service staff are helping people who have purchased our software. If you didn't get all of your questions answered by the website, we apologize, but this opportunity might not be right for you.

Please do not call PaySystems. They cannot answer any questions.

WHAT A CROCK!!

I got suspiscious when their links in the email didn't even work. I thought if this company had such great software why couldn't they even get a simple email link to work.

Take care and good luck searching for that perfect home job. I'm still looking so if anyone has any suggestions please let me know.

I have read the various reports at ripoffreports & thank you all for warning me about this company, I will not be sending them a cent. I went to the website & it was not proffessional looking at all. Did you see all the post scripts at the bottom, it was so unproffessional looking! I got three e-mails from them in my inbox from one day, they are desperate. It's so pathetic that people can steal from people like this. Definitly a scam!

Lynn from Georgia, Your dead wrong! We are not dumb, and the directions are easy! However, if your software is not working or you have questions about setting up a client and Refund Recovery stops answering your questions! What do you call that? Further, I found another company selling the same software, the same name, and guess what, they have the VERY same online training manual down to almost everyword- Refundproccers.com in florida! I don't know anything about this company, but it seems these people are all selling the same software and pushing the same online training manual! Refund Recovery has a bad record, that is clear! They can't be trusted for anything!

Hello Lynn, We conduct all Customer Service via e-mail and we make every effort to be thorough and prompt with responses. In order for our company to handle customer service on the phone we would literally have to quadruple the price to cover the cost. Most importantly, our customers can have answers to their questions in detail and have the ability to print them out rather than trying to remember a phone conversation. It is simply more cost effective for both of us to communicate by e-mail. This allows us to charge a lower price. How would you feel about a price of $495? Most prefer the lower price; also we can provide customer service for longer hours this way. We are excited about helping you build your business. I work with this software every day. I e-mail the company and they e-mail me back. The fact is that they just don't have time to be irritated with people who can't follow instructions or comprehend simple ideas. You admit you have never used the software so how can you possibly testify that it doesn't work? I have no problems with the web sites either. Everything works and if you went to the order page, you would have found the phone number. I did. As for Pay Systems, they were a lot of help to me and I got my order in just 3 days. If you don't know, you are not entitled to any refund unless you actually used the software for 30 days.
