REGISTERFLY.COM IS THE PITS!
In February our animal rights group registered a domain name. Due to a mix up, RegisterFly "restricted" the account until they could verify the credit card information.
This is ok with us. We appreciated their concern.
However AFTER they verified everything, they continued to restrict the account.
In one email, we were told the account would be re-opened. REMEMBER THIS WAS A JUST A $7.95 TRANSACTION!!!
We repeatedly emailed them. We never got a response. Our domain name is now registered to us, but we cannot have access to it to build a website.
THEY NEVER RETURN PHONE CALLS.
THEY NEVER RETURN EMAILS.
THEIR OVERNIGHT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AN ANSWERING SERVICE!!!
