Most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with, their services are a joke. When you decide to cancel your service with them they say to give a 60 day notice, which is fine but then after your 60 day notice is up they will continue to charge your credit card and make up lies that your resigned a contract with them, but cannot provide the contract you supposedly signed. I can see if there is a contract for 1 year from start date but after one year they take the liberty in signing the service contract themselves.

I tried disputing this with my credit card company with no luck but Regus decided to send my business to collections anyway even though they received their payment, so now I have to pay double. No one will speak with you regarding your problem, their motto is that the customer is NEVER right.. PAY ME, so my advice to you is to not use their service because if you aren't happy or there is a problem they absolutely DO NOT CARE.

In the beginning you were able to receive mail at the virtual address then they decided to take that service away without notifying anyone. When you could get mail and you went to pick it up the front desk lady is too incompetent to read the outside of an envelope and will hand you some other business's mail. Some Regus locations still might offer the mail service, but if you are expecting to receive important mail you will have to hope someone else doesn't get it. I wish I would have done my research before using them, there are much cheaper virtual offices and all you are paying for is a fancier address.. not worth it.
