Rent A vision Unknown They took my money i paid 700 plus they keep telling me their machine was down so they would bring me a receipt to my home which was down the street . Well after making so many payments i done 90 days same as cash. So when i made my last payment he wrote on my slip paid then the amount well i thought some thing was not right so i got a hold of the owner so i thought when i called the local store they gave me a number to some guy name zane and said he was the owner of the store i explain to him what how happen and i thought he might want to go in and look at his camareas to see what was going on i also told him i would bring in bank statements to show him my withdrawls with the dates so he could maybe go back and look at dates to see what was going on in his store..he told me he would be back at the local store on a monday and to bring everything into him so he could see Heath Ohio
Back in 2011 i was looking for a flat screen for rent to own. I had just won a small
settlement . I wanted to rent one instead of buying one straight out because i knew if i would rent the tv
and something went wrong with the tv the would have to repair it so i wouldnt have all that nonsense
with a warranty . So i live right down the street from hebron ,rd where there in nothing but places to
thst you could rent from snd other budiness as well .well i have tried several places and havent been so lucky
so i decide to go with renter vision. I go in snd speak to a young man by the name of nathan i explain to him what i was looking for And ask him what was the differece between a lcd tv and a palsma he explains theni told him i was looking to purchase a tv but i wanted to rent it instead of doing 90 days same as cash. He told me thst i would be able to do 90 days same as cash with an extendend warranty for up to 3 to 5 years.well after he tells me that he shows me this tv
i asked him how long did the previous owners have it before he told me for short amount of time.
i asked him would he be able to deliver it that day he said yes however since it was short notice i would have to
play 10 dollars extra. Ok so i did he stuck the ten dollars in his pocket. I ask him for a repeict he told me he would have it when he brought the tv ok fine.. Now i had my 2 teens with me along with my sons girl friend. I explain to the young man
i had lupus so there would be times when i would come there and wouldnt be able to get out my car so would it be
a problem for them to pick up payments or when i called to let them know i was on my way would they come out and get the payments. Well that they did several times but they would always tell me that they would print out a new lease form
or the cashier was down so at my finally payment he wont down what i paid and put paid on the piece of paper
so now i thinking i need to get a hold of the owner the man i was dealing with at the time was the asst.supervisor
i called in and ask for the owners names he gave me the owners name which he said was natae i called natae and told him that i think he might want to check in with the store in heath he ask why i told him i think they were stealing . And i didnt receive my copy that i had payed the tv off .. I told him i would bring in bankstatements of days i made payments so he could look in on his camera to see what was going on.the day he told me to meet him in the store he never showed up .
i just let it go i figured when ever he got time he had my address which was right down the street from them he would call
for me to come in if needed.well 3 yrs later i call in once my tv went out to see if they could fix it since i had a warrsnty on it
and the rip my head off. He tells me he was the real owner Todd and his brother was just helping him i was right about
the guys in the store so he fired them all including his brother natae but he was not going to honor the warranty. I told him you do know you just admitted to me the were stealing from you and now you are basically stealing from me. He says oh well deal with it.
