Reputation.com Scam, Never provided service, Save your $$$! Redwood City Internet
Save your money and stay away from this company. My business paid them $5,000 for a year long campaign to help push negative Google listings down. All they did was create dozens of online profiles on sites like Pinterest, Google+, twitter, etc. All websites that we could have easily set up to get the same results, except we would have saved $5,000. None of these sites or profiles were ever updated. Instead, I was told that I should log into them and make updates.
I had repeated conversations with different reps and they all recommended I log into these profiles. When I asked why they were instructing me to do the work I paid them for, they never had an answer. This company is a complete farse and should not be allowed to steal people's money for services that are NEVER provided. Tthe two listings on Google that prompted us to sign up with Repuation.com are still the top 2 items that appear. Other positive stories were actually surpressed beneath our twitter and Google+ page listings. SAVE YOUR MONEY! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
