Mr Card charged, product undelivered, identity stolen Rockville Internet
I placed an order with risingnet.net. Later on I received a message asking me to call somewhere 1866-8RISING or 1866 874-7464. I called and some person who didn't speak English properly picked up the phone and told that I should receive their call back within few minutes. I've been waiting for almost an hour but noone called me. I called them once more, that told they are going to call me once more and sent me a link to some payment system. I submitted all my secure information and they send me the following request:

In order to verify the international credit card, You required to:
fill out the form that we attach, sign it and scan it. email it back
include:
- Copy of your credit card both side
- Copy of your identification card both side.
"
This was the firs time when such secure information was required to proceed an order for a credit card that was alread charged.
I had some doubts, but thought that they require that information for anti-fraud measures, but as soon as I've sent them my card's picture (they have collected all my identity information) I received a message telling that my order was cancelled.
I called them immediately, but they refused to provide any reasons for the decline and why they collected information about my identity. They also refused to provide their physical address to me and issue refund and when I told that I'm going to report this incident they just laughed.
If you wish your identity to be stolen, go ahead and buy from their site.
They charge your card to see if it is valid and steal your indentity after that.BEWARE!
