I am really sorry that you had trouble with Robinson's May credit card. I work in one of their stores and I am here to tell you that Rob May does not handle their own accounts. It is from an outside company that issues these cards and maintains them. Robinson's May has nothing to do with your credit card. It is the responsibility of the consumer to watch their spending habits. I do not know the details of your agreement with them but it sounds like you have a problem with your finances. Now you have sour grapes because you had to resort to a debt consolidation program to fix your problems. I also know that programs like the one you are in tell you to check your statements monthly for mistakes. Did you do that? Did you pay the consolidation company on time so that your payment to Rob May was on time as well? Just a thought? Good Luck!
