rocketiaq.com Ordered item; never shipped. There site reflected refund but none was ever given.
I ordered an item. It never shipped.
I contacted customer service. One rep after a day or two then replied that item is on back order. There site never stated the item was not available.
I then asked for refund since item would not be shipped when I needed it. There site shows refund but funds were never actually refunded to my personal checking account.
Nov 28 tried sevral times to contact via email. Phone number is not available. Tried using chat service but it was not operational.
Nov 28, there site was up and on Nov 29 it is down.
