Roehl Transport Inc. DON'T WORK HERE! THEY WILL NICKLE AND DIME YOU TO THE POOR HOUSE! Marshfield, Wisconsin
The company has a driver handbook as thick as a phone book. All rules point everything wrong back to the driver. No pay increases for just about any infraction of the rules, including low miles which they keep you at, idle times you can't control due to poor equipment or weather or whatever is the rule this week. Low miles. lots of idle time, sitting on weekends. average driver is around 1700 miles. None pay for even the tiniest of mistakes on paperwork which can not be corrected or fixed. I have figured to date the company owes me about $3000 in reimbursements which i'll never see. Rules rules rules, all of which are used to keep your pay from you.
