Harassing phone calls on a daily basis.

This is a company with their head office in Costa Rica. They apparently have many offices around the world and primarily call using a VOIP. They support many sites Rich Casino, Rome VIP Casino, Winward Games, Bingo (All Winward Group Casinos) etc. I am having a major issue with them phoning all the time as well. I receive 2 calls daily but no calls on the weekends. I have phoned them every time they call and get the same excuses. I ask to be put on the "Do not call list" and they say they will send an email to the right department and I should not receive the calls again. I still continue to receive these calls from them without fail and we go through the same process each time. I intend to publicise all their issues all over the internet where I can. I have made it my personal goal to make sure they pay for the issues that they are causing for everyone. There are a lot of complaints online about this, which shows that they do not care about their actions.



I am filing a complaint through my phone provider who say they will try and track down these people, but one thing I have found is that this company hides themselves well. WhoIs Guard is protecting their information and they will never give any details apart from the phone numbers and emails that go to the same customer service representatives. There is never a manager to speak to, everyone that answers the phone is a shift supervisor and depending what time you call depends which country answers. It seems they purposely take calls from an after hours office so there is never a manager to speak to. They will never give any contact details for anyone other than their support email address and the number that goes to them 770261 1418.

I am also not changing my phone number because of these idiots. The only thing changing my number does is I stop receiving the calls, but it's not just me I want to fight for, it's everyone that is getting hounded by these people. I will fight until justice is served against this rogue service.

When I phone they ask if I would like to take up the offer of the bonus they have even after I have told them no. I have told them almost every time to delete my account, I want nothing to do with them. I have cancelled my credit card because they have all my details. My name, address, credit card details etc. Thankfully I have changed address so they don't have my current address any more
