Pal Ron: Out of all the stores you visited this x-mas season I would like for you to think back! (if you can do this) Out of those stores how many times did you complain about something? Yes, that's right a bunch! Out over these just god awful events how many times did you treat to get your attorney? All of them? People like you are one of the driving factors in our bad financial state in America. In other words you are an idiot! Go complain to the site about me and get your attorney on them you dumb a*s!

To "Bill" from "Brooklet, Georgia U.S.A." RE: A fix for you Submitted: 6/21/2008 8:18:01 PM Modified: 6/21/2008 9:18:21 PM First off, thank you for your helpful response to my report. I certainly felt much better after reading it several months after you most likely spent several hours composing it. Tell me, did you have to get your little sister to help you type on the computer and form up the words? I'm not even sure why you bothered to reply, since your "input" helped absolutely no one, except maybe yourself. And, I'm not your "pal"; I don't even know (or care) who you are, or who you think you are. As to your question "What are you looking for hear?".... hmmm, where to start. I was sharing my experience with a bad company to benefit others. That is, after all, the whole point of this web site. If my comment was of no benefit to you, and you had nothing positive to add, just move along and STF up. No need to act like a 'tard and post insulting comments that have nothing to do with the matter being discussed. Oh, and nice spelling, too. You finished, what, 8th grade in Georgia, right? As far as not getting my "first statement yet", I didn't need to. That's the beauty of online account access, you don't have to wait. I assume you are familiar with the concept, since you posted your comments on this site. Or, did you do that from the library in West BF, Georgia (I'll assume you know what a library is). Besides, genius, if I had waited for the statement, I would not have known about the overcharge for another 30 days. Your comment just confirms that you're a Georgia hillbilly that has nothing better to do than pick a fight based on redneck "logic". Do us all a favor, "Bill". Next time you have a thought .... keep it to yourself. And leave the sheep alone!

Relax pal. Get your Attorney? I am sure that would be productive! What are you looking for hear? Do you think you won the lottery or something. I bet you complain about everyhing you buy. You have not even gotten your first statement yet. Are you that anal that you have to check it on-line right away? They will fix it pal if you don't owe it. Go get your coupon for a starbucks coffee out of your mail box and then complain that it was not hot enough for you. Then go get your 3.85 cent a gallon gas and then go home right away and check to make sure that they did not charge you 3.86 cent a gallon.

Called the Odenton, MD office this morning and spoke with Stephanie Pena, one of their "comptrollers". At first, she said it was being looked at. When I pressed for resolution, she said someone was putting the credit through at that very moment. This was around 9:30am. I told her I would check with GE Money Bank later in the day to confirm that the chargeback went through. When I got home from work, I check the account online and nothing had changed. I called GE Money Bank and asked if there were any pending transactions that did not show on the online transaction history. I was told that charges and credits are posted and visible as soon as they are received. I asked if there was any lag time on their end and was told that there was not. So, since La-Z-Boy had apparently lied to me, I called Ms. Pena back and left her a voicemail stating that she needed to call me back immediately or she would be hearing from my attorney. This company is apparently very inept and doesn't care about screwing over customers. I also told GE Money Bank to note on the account that I refuse to make any payments at all until this bullshit gets cleared up. I am now considering contacting the MD Attorney General's office on Monday to see what can be done about possible credit card fraud. PLEASE DON'T PATRONIZE THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY!!
