I did not purchase the leather protection (thank God) although the sales lady did push for it. My biggest mistake here is not doing the research before purchasing the furniture. I always search the web before a purchase, but of course did not before this one. I just hope to prevent people from making the same mistake.

If you are smart, you already understand what you have been put through, and realize how the mgr did "everything" to save the sale. Well, you did NOT get what you paid for and if you're not prepared to deal with a major run-around, DEMAND they come pick up what they dropped off and give you a full refund. If you recieve any resistance, simply tell the manager you will be contacting their corporate headquarters and letting them know of your problem with the furniture and the problem with the mgr! I'm also wondering if you purchased the "leather protection"? If you did, did you get the warranty paper with that?
