Okay on the point about the soap water and bubbles the company was in the right. Those types of bubbles will go away. The tint job looks great to date. Mark one up for Royal. Not to take sides but the customer dose has a good point, the most important point LEGALITY. I quote ROYAL in the rebuttal: "the tint he put on your car was 20% witch is close enoph to be legal." Legal and almost legal are two different animals which led me to believe you are dishonest. Mark two up for the customer. Now If I were the customer I would print out this page because Royal just admitted to installing "close enoph to be legal." Which means ILLEGAL TINT. Wonder how that would go over with a cop that makes the guy strip the "close enough tint". Sounds stupid, well it is. The law is black and white not 15 shades of gray, both the tint is legal and meets the states visibility requirements or It is not even 1% over the limit is still illegal. Thanks PS: Both you guys need to learn how to spell.

I have been tinting windows for 15 years. I have worked for Royal image for 4 years. I still work for them. The owner of this company is a very nice and caring person. If you new about window tinting you would reconsider your comment. First, water bubbles are normal. When you tint windows you use soap and water. The soap and water take 2 to 3 weeks to dry.In colder places it can be even longer. 2 the tint he put on your car was 20% witch is close enoph to be legal. Get your facts straight before you make claims!! The owner went out of his way to help you and you were flat out rude. So please learn how to trat people.
