Roy's Flooring and Decor Kim-E Roy LLC pushed too much product, didn't want to take it back, charged extra Punta Gorda Florida
I am not expecting to get anything out of my report. Just want to warn not to deal with this store. Owner Kim Roy is so rude, one day she is nice to you, another is annoyed by you, her husband Damon Roy is no better, just rude. I found out they had another business before on husbands name and it's gone bunkrupt. This new one is on wife's name. So looks like they just pulled out their money and put it itno another business. If you want nice product like flooring, go elsewhere, these people just don't deserve your business. I will never deal with them again.
