ryan wilson from the united kingdom posted a laptop on the ebay, took it off prior to deadline date, i asked why he took it off he stated that doing business directly would save him tax payment, I western union $650.00 dollars he collected and blocked my email address from his site, so that i don't inquire about the status of the laptop. to date no laptop, and have not been able to email, email states "----- is not accepting email from my user name"
