mr rubenstein and cleo ventora on dec 12 2011 were contacted for a web of 47 doctors involved in medical billing fraud since 1995 where i was diagnosed disabled and with immune disease for years docs have billed e to the tune of $450,000 yet social security insists i am fine i now i have evidence of labs directing doctors there is rare epith cell count problem with ca125 i have mass in ab 5 ovarian cysts now 9 with all symtoms of ovarian cancer and not one biopsy/referral to oncology a botched pulmonary embolism surgery done by reisch billed by zeitlin for years ive let this russian mob monopoly get over on me botch my dental dr william wofson and unlawfully drug me w/no doc consent dr silverman dr zeitlin dr guarnachia dr gupta dr robert miller on one broken tooth and with no bone around tooth should have tested me for aides and bone density bone cancer these people have pulled millions of dollars of medical scams on me and the hospitals they worked in shut down now 60 hospitals under investigation for medicaid fraid and i can tell you mr rubenstein and men like him are the root cause the woan at winthrop hospital went to a guynacologist and ended up with her legs amputated i have evidence that is compelling and at no tie did mr rubenstein offer to allow me to email copies or come to my home as advertised in his ad infact he tried to farm me out to mr newman-the russian mob monopoly strikes again they all work together and i did not like or want mr newman three years ago mr rubensteins atty cleo told me on the phone their office does not handle disability so whya re they advertising -farming for kickbacks the frqaud i have endured by the human trafficking russian mob who has no problem issuing disability case assistance to latinos who sit all day in casinos in ct and atlantic city pulling slot machine arms after telling mr newman they have back problems is baloney the people need to stop this insanity now i have no avenue of releif because of the russian mob obstructing legitimate cases and draining me financially recently in my doctors office i was told if i dont buy protein powder on my medicaid i will not get social security and a woman named fischman cut of y straight medicaid dr zeitlin us eto runthe indicted parkway and in anger i believe he intentionally had reisch botch my biopsy/surgery eitherto rebill medicaid for a second surgery or to get me to bring action action new hospital ceo which did not work out for him i hope in the future mr rubenstein can care about real test results not factored and falsified documentation to win a case

DR IP COLLEGE POINT WITNESS THAT I NEEDED A SIMPLE BONDING /CROWN ONONE TOOTH DR ROBERT MILLER ADVERTISING FALSLY AS DENTIST FLUSHING SENDS ME TO MARY IMACULATE NOW CLOSED AFTER UNECESSARY REMOVAL OF THREE TEETH DUCT TAPING E TO A CHAIR NOT IN AN OPERATING ROO AND HAVING A STUDENT WHO IS NOT A LICENSED ORAL SURGEON WORK ON ME THEN TELL ME IT WOULD BE FREE AND BILLING CARE CORE ALONG WITH NO FOLLOW UP 2ND SCHEDULED SURGERY FOR BONE GRAFT DEC 10 CANCELLED WHERE AS I ONLY AGREED TO 1ST REMOVALSS IF CHRONIC INFECTION PROBLEM/BONE GRAFT FOR IMPLANTS WAS COPLETE I WAS ALSO MISLEAD OVER THE PHONE THAT THE DDS IS ROBERT MILLER WHO IS TRYING TO PAWN THE FACT THAT I NOW NEED 5000 BRACES BECAUSE MY TEETH BITE CROWDED BACK TOGETHER AND WITH IUNE DISEASE NO ORAL CANCER/CANCER MOUTH SCREENING WAS DONE
