RusticandMore.com, Southwestandmore.com, Westernandmore.com Ripoff Took my money never delivered goods or issued refund Boynton Beach Florida
I placed an on-line order May 13, 2004.
Conditions were that I pay for order up front in order to take advantage of "sale" pricing and the delivery would be made in 8-12 weeks time.
In August I was advised that the shipment was set up for the week of 9/19/04. Then I was told that there was a delay due to problems with the containers from Mexico.
After that, I requested a refund of my money. In November and December I was advised that the company was not able to issue refunds but that they were working on a weekly basis solving cases as the company continues to regain financial stability. To date, no refund has been issued and no responses are being received to my inquiries.
I contacted the Better Business Bureau and the Florida Department of Agriculture & Consumer Services. Neither one of these contacts has motivated Rustic and More to refund my money.
