Conditions were that I pay for order up front in order to take advantage of sale pricing and the delivery would be made in 8-12 weeks time.

These people take your money and make empty promises to deliver the goods. I ordered over $3000.00 worth of furniture on 12/31/03 and have not been given a refund or delivered all the products, as of 11/3/04.
