Rx Medco has never paid me for any work I did for them the month of october 2008 Laguna Beach California
I signed on with rx medco to transport patients to their appointments on october 8th 2008 and recieved my first assignment for october 9th.
I ended up doing 10 so called "deliveries" in the month of october. I called and sp[oke to susan when I never recieved payment for services rendered. She explained that I had filled out the paperwork incorrectly and needed to re-fax them filled out properly.
I did this and waited two weeks for them to process my payment. I then started calling to find out why I have not gotten a check yet. That's when the phone tag started. Once I called and complained , I was never able to reach the accounting dept again. Also, the first day I asked about my paycheck was the last time they called and offered me any work. I never heard from them again. I have never had a return phone call after all my messages. This company owes me $400 that I know I will never see, but I do know the IRS will be very interested in their payment process since I did fill out a w-9 form. I also believe we have a contract and if they think I am afraid to take them to small claims court they are sorely mistaken.

rx medco holding my check hostage

Well now rx medco claims they have my check ready but will not release it until I clear this report off of the internet. Why would I believe they intend to pay me now when I never got paid in the first place? Seems to me if they want their name cleared they would pay me and then I would love to update this story. Alas, I guess now the state attorneys office will have reports of rx medco's business practices, because like I said before, I am not afraid to stand up for myself. Anthony Arlington,Tx
