Well After several months...Samsung did finally make good on the reward money from last year and they are sending rebate checks. Still no information on newer reward dollars earned this year, but it looks like this company may be cleaning up it's act! Like I have said they have a great product..if they can clean up their act they just might be a market leader.

So Samsung has yet to send the reward dollars owed to it's sells reps!!! They are actually offering rewards still for new units sold, but they have not even paid any money from last quarter!! Rebates I am sure are not being honored either!! It seems criminal to offer rebates just to hook the customer! Samsung is saying that checks are being written and sent out this week, but so far no check here??? Samsung sells a great product, but until they get their act together otherwise, I think it may be smart to stay away from a Samsung Printer or MFP. You need to know that the manufacturer is capable of supporting the equipment that they sell. If they use unethical means to persuade you to buy, such as offering rebates that are not honored, then it would be easy to assume that they are unethical. I don't really think it is a question of ethics, but of poor management....either way it is hard to trust them. Too bad because they sell great equipment. Maybe some changes can be made at Samsung so that we can feel confident buying their products again.

I would suggest you just don't buy SAMSUNG printers for now! The company seems to not care for their customers. They use Rebate claims to attract buyers, but are not paying the rebates!! SHARP CANON LEXMARK HP are all better at customer relations. These guy do pay their rebates!!

I would suggest you just don't buy SAMSUNG printers for now! The company seems to not care for their customers. They use Rebate claims to attract buyers, but are not paying the rebates!! SHARP CANON LEXMARK HP are all better at customer relations. These guy do pay their rebates!!
