I ordered a sample product for free although I paid the shipping. After trying the product, it did not work at all. I called to cancel the subscription to the product which I did not realize that I authorized and they said there systems were down. I had to call back later. The man who answered had a strange accent but it was very clear he was not from this country. The put two charges on my account. One was for 89.95 and the other one was 99.95. They were not even listed as the Satin Youth Cream, however the companies were listed as Ney Beauty and AllureFacial. Please do not fall victim to this scam. I called my bank to stop future transactions and to file a dispute with the company.
