Unfortunately Laura was right there were some problems with her site, but as she does not state we fixed them immediately. For the inconvenience we made upgrades to her store, at that time Laura expressed she was pleased and would retract this complaint. December of 2006, Laura accidentally caused a issue with her site as she put a few to many banners on her site, we quickly had our IT department correct it for her, once again we asked her about this complaint and she stated it was already retracted. June of 2007, Laura asked for us to honor the guarantee and we did, she was refunded her start up cost July of 2007, Check #6274 We recognize this complaint as resolved satisfactory.
