Scentura Creations uses independent sellers to sell their product.  The independent distributors operate under a host of names, many can be found on other complaints on this website. 

The most common method used by the independent distributors to recruit salespeople is the placement of classified advertisements in the employment section under the heading of "Management", Office Help..etc

Independent distributors hold interviews (usually two, one alone and one in a group) at "business" location (usually run down office with fold away chairs). First interview people are asked basic questions including if you have a car (this should be a warning sign to people as asking this question is illegal).

Second interview consists of a "group interview". During second independent distributors will ask for all questions to be held until the end of the interview. They will repeat  "30k" and "management" repeatedly. Upon hearing this candidate side line normal interview questions as  money and being in charge are attractive.  After the group interview large swaths of people are "selected" to  for Management training. Large groups of people are needed as the turnover is very high. 

Training consists of individuals selling knock perfume on the street for 100% commission. There is no base salary for these positions and you are not an employee.You and not entitled to any wages (other than you commission) or benefits. 
  
Be aware that  independent distributors do not provide sales people with sellers permits ;selling without a permit is soliciting and you can be arrested and/or fined and you will bear 100% of the cost for the infraction. 

Independent distributors prefer to glaze over this information as it is very unattractive and few people would return for "training". 

In the end there is no real "Management position" as there are no employees to manage. The model relies on a constant flow of people and i hope this information helps you not become one of those people.
